We have two meeting rooms available for hire.
One accommodates up to 14 delegates and the other up to 50 delegates.
They are available from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 10.00am to 12 Noon.
Please contact us directly is you require times outside of these hours. A supplement may be applied.
We can complement this facility by having our own in house caterers who will be pleased to take care of your food and drink requirements throughout the day.
We are conveniently situated off the A37 at Gurney Slade, a few miles north of Shepton Mallet and can offer plenty of free parking

**If you have catering with us then we will not charge a full room hire fee, we will charge a supplement of £1 per person on top of the catering costs.
We have a wide range of catering facilities that we can offer: from corporate breakfasts, buffet lunches to three course meals. Please contact us directly and we will tailor any catering to suit your needs and budget.
Please note that we do not offer a self-catering service area.
Although both the smaller and larger conference areas are disable accessible, unfortunately we do not have disabled toilet facilities.
