Somerset Ladies Meeting - Clubhouse 8th September
Monday September 8th, Executive meeting at 9.30 am with Delegates to follow at 11.00 am. This should wrap up by 12.30 pm.
The layout will be as usual - top table for maximum 10 with coffee and chairs for up to 30 in conference style.

The executive committee will begin their meeting at 9.30 am and the delegates will commence at 10.30 am. If you can supply coffee for the executive from 9.00 am onwards but not the delegates as they will buy their own.
