This event will celebrate the life of our dear friend, Dick Ransley, who passed away in 2020.  In addition to the Golf competition on the day (open to members and invited guests) there will be a Dinner in the clubhouse and the unveiling of Dicks memorial bench by the new 18th Green, by Hala Ransley and Dick's son and daughter.  Attendance at the dinner is an important part of the day.  Dress code is smart casual.

 

The Golf will be a 4 person Bowmaker event with any combination of Men, Ladies and Invited Guests, with 2 scores to count on each hole.

 

Tee times will be from 11am until 2pm.

 

Members pay £18 taken on entry from your clubhouse account.  This pays for the meal plus a £2 contribution to expenses on the day.  The golf element of the day is "free" for members.  Prizes are being donated by Hala Ransley and other family members.  A Halfway House will be operated by Hala on the day with refreshments free of charge to golfers.  Visitors pay £30 which includes a reduced rate Green fee of £12, paid on the day.

 

The memorial bench will be unveiled at about 6:30pm by the new 18th Green.

 

The 2 Course Dinner will be served from approx. 7:00pm. One table will be reserved for Hala and other family members.
