Somerset Ladies & Junior Executive Meeting 14th January
At 0900 there will be 8 of us and we will be joined by another 6. If we could sit round a table for the first meeting and then join another table on for the 2nd meeting. Another meeting for 30 people will follow. Please lay out a long table and 30 chairs.
Just confirming that it will be ok to have county meetings in the dining room onJan.14 th. starting at 9.00 am and finishing about 12.00 am. That is 3 meetings one after another ! County Exec. Meeting, Junior meeting with exec. followed by the delegates meeting with the exec.! Phew !We will need about 30 chairs and a long table at one end.I will be up at the club before that and confirm with Steve.
